Flag Day and First Dance

Happy Flag Day!

I let the kids watercolor flags yesterday for Flag Day. It was the twins' first experience with watercolors so they used every color. (That's the NC flag on the right for all you Texans and Tennesseans.)

Brent took Brock and the twins to Pullen Park and a museum today. Hannah's poison ivy is still bothering her so she and I stayed home where it was cool. We had a fun day of catching up her photo album (somewhat), sewing a doll and polishing her nails. She had a big night ahead of her...

A family in our co-op is hosting a Father/Daughter Dance tonight. Brent and Hannah were invited (girls have to have completed Kindergarten) and he took her to eat at Golden Corral (her choice:) before the dance. She was very excited and really had no idea what to expect. I'm sure she's already having a good time. Dad promised to "pull the Robot out of his repertoire". She thinks that's a funny dance.

Dad and Hannah - his little girl who is growing up way too fast!

1. Hannah, you look absolutely gorgeous. You are really growing up and I love, love, love your hair.

2. Please Jesus let pictures leak out on the internet of my brother-in-law doing the robot at a father/daughter dance. And, Jesus, if you can throw in a moon walk that would be awesome too.

Cute pictures!! I am sure that Hannah had a great time. It look like the others were having fun when we saw them at the park! :)
